Disciplines:

  • Aquakinetic Physical Therapy: A program that utilizes the specific properties of water to aid in rehabilitation and wellness.  All patients are treated in a water medium as well as a clinic for land based therapy which includes (but is not limited to) modalities, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises.

 

  • Core & Balance Therapy: Core muscles are located in the pelvis, lower back, abdomen and hips. They help provide balance and stability. Core and balance therapy is an excellent program for athletes, as many sports require great core strength and flexibility.

 

  • Joint Stability: Exercises and programs designed to strengthen the muscle groups that aid in joint stability.  These exercises are very useful to orthopedic post-operative patients in regaining strength and mobility.

  • Pain Management: Pain management is a program designed to accommodate those individuals suffering from chronic pain and/or discomfort. This program is very beneficial to nearly any Post Operative patient to help ease their discomfort during rehabilitation.
